How long will it take to receive my order?
You can expect your delivery in 3-5 working days (exc’ weekends and bank holidays).
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time, however we hope to do so in the future. Sign up to our newsletter for updates about this.

All our deliveries are fulfilled by Evri and are fulfilled within 3-5 working days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your Harris of London products, if you do change your mind we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchasing.
You can exchange your order for an item of the same or greater value or for gift vouchers to the same value.
How do I return my order?
Please reach out to our customer care team here.
Within your query please include your order number, the product you would like to return and reason why.
For faulty orders, please include images of the fault for our team to assist you more efficiently.
Our team will then issue you a returns address for you to return your item fully packaged via a signed for service. Please remember to keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
My Product is faulty, what are my options?
At Harris of London we pride our selves on delivering high quality products that last. Should you find that the product you have received does not meet these standards or have been damaged upon delivery we ask that you contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
You can contact our team here. Please include your order number, reason for concern & images of any damage for our team to assist you efficiently.
If we find that the fault is a manufacturing issue we will replace your item straight away. We ask that you always follow the care instructions as indicated on the product page & care guide here.
Do you offer exchanges on products?

How do I use my refill?
How to use your Refill:
- Remove any previous wax from the vessel. You can do this by freezing the vessel to shrink the remaining wax for easy removal. Or alternatively, submerge the vessel into a bowl of hot (but not boiling) water to loosen off previous wax.
- Wash out your previous candle using warm soapy water & gently dry.
- Unwrap your refill and pop it in & enjoy!
Care Instructions:
The natural wax of the refill is very delicate so store safely and somewhere cool until you're ready to use.
Safety Guidelines:
It is especially important not to burn your refill for too many hours at a time. This is because the wick is not fully attached to the vessel as the previous one was, so if all the the wax becomes molten prematurely, you could risk dislodging the refill wick ahead of time.
Are your candles Vegan friendly & cruelty free?
Yes! We do not use any animal products within our candles.
None of our products or ingrediants are or ever will be tested on animals.
What size candle do I need for my space?
When choosing your home fragrance selection take into consideration the size and proportions of the area. Open spaces with high ceilings will need larger or multiple candles.
Using diffusers on higher shelves in combination with a lower level lit candles can be a great solution for larger high traffic areas.
My candle has bubbles of air. Is it faulty?
No! Due to the nature of our hand poured formulas & generous fragrance percentages you may from time to time see air bubbles. This is normal & does not affect the lifespan of the candle.
How long do your candles burn?
Our standard 20cl candles have approximately 30 hours of clean burning time. Head to our care guide to learn about how to care for your candles.
How do I care for my candle? What safety precautions should i take?
Care Instructions:
On the very first burn, allow time for the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel - usually a couple of hours. This will prevent tunnelling.
Keep the wick trimmed to roughly 0.5cm.
Safety Guidelines:
- Keep out of reach of children and animals
- Protect the surface on which the lit candle sits.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, or in a draught
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Home Diffuser FAQs
How long do your diffusers last?
The performance of your diffuser is affected by environmental factors including room temperature, airflow, and direct sunlight. We recommend that you place your diffuser somewhere that has a good airflow as the fragrance will be encouraged to circulate filling the room.
Occaisionally flip the reeds for more fragrance - bear in mind if you do this too frequently the fragrance may evaporate more quickly.
We find our diffusers typically last 2-4 months.
Can I refill my diffuser?
We are working towards developing a sustainable refill option for our diffuser range. In the meantime, our glass containers can be recyled or repurposed into stem vases!
Are your diffusers safe around pets?
All our products are created in line with IFRA standards, which ensure the safe use of fragrances. However, these standards are aimed at humans and they do not offer standards regarding animals.
Please read the full ingredient list, and if you have any pet specific questions, contact your vet. As with humans, allergies can occur.

Founded in London we are proud of our British heritage & predominantly source & develope our products in the UK. On occasion, we source some componants from Europe.
